Nothing is too small that it can not be used to serve God. A smile, a handshake, a conversation that helps welcome someone for the first time.... it's all the clay that God uses. He uses all of us to reach out to others. He takes a simple opportunity for us as a Hospitality team to introduce people to HIM.
Serving at church can become one of the things we 'check' off on our list of things to do. It can become something that we fail to see the value in. It happens to everyone at times. Life has so many 'to do' lists that we become overwhelmed.
Each and every one of you make a huge difference. You are not 'just' a greeter or 'just' an usher or 'just' a Welcome Cart attendant. You are HIS hands and feet. He uses all of us in ways we may never see or understand. Think of all the people in the Bible who were 'just' a carpenter, 'just' a fisherman, 'just' a tax collector...and look at how God worked through them.
