THE ARTS - OPPORTUNITIES

Beginning Guitar Lessons
Mike Conrad is taking reservations for June for beginning guitar students. Call 407.359.2112, ext. 144.

Canvas Art Camp
Tracey Farrell is offering this arts experience to children in grades 2-5. Canvas is a week of instruction on line, design, color and composition using several media (water color, acrylic, pencil, pastel and more), and culminating in an evening art show.
Dates: July 9, 11, 13 - Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9 am to 2 pm.
Cost is $75. (Numbers in each grade level are limited.)
Pick up a registration form in the lobby or email farrelfam@ymail.com.

These are all great ways to invite friends to get involved at the church.  It's not always easy to say "Come to church with me"....but it's easy to say "Hey, want to do a Summer book club with me or sign our kids up for art class?"

REMINDERS

Please sign in on the USHER or GREETER sign in sheets located in Volunteer Central, when you come in to serve on a Sunday or Saturday.  It really helps everyone know who is there and if they need to grab anyone else to help.

Always arrive 15 minutes before the service you are scheduled to serve at.

Keep an eye out for people who look lost...or just faces that you have never seen before.  Try to 'search' for them as you look around.

"Do not neglect to show hospitality to strangers, for by doing this some have entertained angels without knowing it."

Hebrews 13:2
