People most commonly decide to give up various things during this period of time, some also decide to 'take something on'. This may be in the way of getting more involved at Church, starting a Bible study or simply attending services on a regular basis.
As we reach out in our role as Hospitality let's keep this in our minds. Embrace the faces you may start to see more often and encourage the people who want to get involved. The best way to encourage them is to share your knowledge and information about what is available. So let's see what is coming up that you can share with people who may ask.......

Using the book by Timothy Keller, come to a 5-week examination of the forces that seek to draw our attention and derail our focus on God. OLD QUESTIONS FOR A NEW GENERATION
Sunday mornings at 11:30 am, starting February 17
Open to all ages but especially for the younger generations, this class will explore such questions as
· Is Christianity Rationally Acceptable?
· Is the Problem of Pain and Suffering An Obstacle to Christian Faith?
· Is the Bible A Reliable Document?
· Does God Really Exist?
· Did Jesus Really Rise from the Dead?
A great opportunity to sharpen your understanding of basic theological issues. The class will be facilitated by Dr. Okello, assistant professor of philosophy of Christian religion at Asbury Theological Seminary.

MIDDLE SCHOOL: EPIC Wednesday Night (eat, hang out in the game room, dive into worship and study) at the EPICenter.
CHILDREN: A fun, high-energy ministry for kids: PreK–2nd grade in The Clubhouse; 3rd–5th grade in The Shack. Nursery care is provided for children up through age 4.
ADULTS:

Finding your Gifts and talents. Cost: $15 for class resources
Hope & Help for the Single Mom - Starting February 20
A Bible study looking at principles that encourage single moms to live lives of purpose, meaning, balance and harmony in the midst of their circumstances. Cost: $10 for materials
