CELEBRATE RECOVERY MINISTRY

Do you have any *hurts, habits OR hang-ups? Then Celebrate Recovery is for you.
The purpose of Celebrate Recovery is to fellowship and celebrate God´s healing power in our lives through the 12 Steps and 8 Recovery Principles. This experience allows us to be changed.  We open the door by sharing our experiences, strengths and hopes with one another. In addition, we become willing to accept God´s grace in solving our lives´ problems. By working and applying these biblical principles, we begin to grow spiritually. We become free from our addictive, compulsive and dysfunctional behaviors. This freedom creates peace, serenity, joy and?most importantly?a stronger personal relationship with God and others. As we progress through the program we discover our personal, loving and forgiving Higher Power? Jesus Christ, the one and only true Higher Power.

Families with TEENS.........
If you meet families with teens, please let them know about Epic!
The youth {which is 6th grade to 12th grade) have two Bible study options on Sunday mornings.
Sunday, 9am in E201 and 10:15 in E201
Middle School aged kids come to Epic on Wednesday night from 6-8
High School aged kids come to Epic on Sunday night from 6-8
What happens during these times?  The kids worship with the worship band and message, hang out, eat, make friends...and build a community of support during a time in their lives that might seem ever changing and uncertain.
The messages that Bobby Brooks {Our Youth Pastor} speaks about, help the teens to know the Bible and understand how to navigate through this sometimes confusing world with God in their sights.  He does this all with passion, humor and enthusiasm.  Even if you don't have a teen....stop by Epic on one of their worship nights!  You we be truly touched with the way these kids respond to Gods word.

Let parent's with kids know about....

  • Leader: Pastor Tim Farrell
  • Cost: $10 for the book.
Parents can be in a study that will directly connect with what their kids are learning in their very own Wednesday night series!  Kids will be transported into the land of Narnia, where they will meet characters, see their classrooms transformed...and learn about good and evil.  Parents will connect on an adult level in their own class with Pastor Tim, and be able to talk with their kids about what they all learned as a family!
