I recently sent an e-mail asking about Christmas Eve and when you could all help out.

Christmas Eve.

7pm-Contemporary
8:30-Contemporary
11:00-Contemporary

Christmas morning falls on the 4th Sunday.  There will only be a 10:15 service that morning.  If you usually usher or greet the 4th Sunday at 10:15, I will have you on the schedule Christmas morning.  As normally done, please try to get someone to replace you if you will not be available.

Last month Lisa Painter shared what 'serving' was all about with her small group.  By doing this two people have now stepped up to help serve Hospitality.  Small groups are a great way to share your experiences serving.  Serving is an intricate part of our walk with God.  By encouraging people to come beside you and be his hands and feet, you help them make a connection with Christ. 

1 Peter 4:10  As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God's varied grace.

John 13:12-14 When he had washed their feet and put on his outer garments and resumed his place, he said to them, “Do you understand what I have done to you? You call me Teacher and Lord, and you are right, for so I am. If I then, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also ought to wash one another's feet.
